From the N2 (Airport) take the V&A Waterfront/Sea Point off-ramp. At the second set of traffic lights turn right over the bridge. Drive past Green Point (watch out for the stadium on your right) and finally into Beach Road.

To the Sea Point Apartment – keep left into Beach Road. Drive through Sea Point. Just past the fenced island with a large tree, turn right into Surf Street. Avalon is on your left.

To the Mouille Point Apartments – turn right into Beach Road at the Shell Garage. Look out for apartments New Cumberland (beneath the renowned Theo’s restaurant) and Rhodora just before the Mouille Point Light House.
